Coffee Morning

Thursday 7th April 10.30 am – 12 pm in the canteen for staff and students.
ATU will mark the beginning of a new era with the launch of the first National ‘Hello, How Are You?’ Day on Thursday 7th April from 10:30 am-12:00 pm in the canteen. FREE tea, coffee, cake, and other goodies will be available on the day. This event is open to all staff and students.
This national campaign developed in conjunction with Mental Health Ireland aims to tackle the lack of connection or belonging that people experience by inspiring individuals to ask how others are feeling. ‘Hello, How Are You?’ is a powerful mental health promotion campaign that supports people to confidently connect with others and have open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
