Please ensure you maintain access to your student email address and continue to monitor it until after graduation.
The running order by the Department will be available closer to the conferring date.

Important information
Invitations
All Graduands will be sent an e-invite via their student email and personal email addresses. The invitation includes a link to RSVP to indicate if you are attending or NOT attending. Please RSVP to ensure you receive your Parchment either on the day or by post.

Each graduand can avail of one Graduand ticket and 2 guest tickets.
Access to Ceremony
Please let us know if you have any special requirements in advance of the ceremony so we are fully equipped to accommodate you on the day.
Gowning Hire
Those Graduating must present in the correct academic gowns and colours for Conferring.

The cost to rent your Gown is €40.00 if you book online. It is strongly advised that you book your gown online otherwise it will cost €50.00 to rent on the day.
Please note that online bookings must be made by midnight on Monday, 29 April 2024.
For the convenience of ATU students, the University has competitively tendered for the provision of academic gowns. Students may choose to use gowns from alternative suppliers. Please ensure that you obtain the correct gown and colours for your University qualification.
Photography
Lafayette Photography are the official graduation photographers of Atlantic Technological University.
They will be located on site in the ATU Donegal Campus campus to take professional individual and family portraits. Please visit their website- www.lafayette.ie to pre-book now. Pre-booking is highly recommended for your photography session, however you can also book on the day with our team.
Doctoral and Research Masters candidates
You will receive written confirmation outlining details of your rehearsal, and you must confirm your intention to attend.
Sign language
A sign language interpreter will be present on the day of all graduation ceremonies.
Fees & library books
Before you are permitted to graduate, you must have paid all fees and library fines and returned all books and property to the University a month before you graduate. It is ATU policy that students with an outstanding balance owing will not receive their parchment on the day of their graduation.
