Who should complete the International Application Form?

  • Non-EU applicants applying to full time, on-campus programmes.
  • EU applicants applying for postgraduate programmes or advanced entry to undergraduate programmes. EU applicants applying for Year 1 entry to undergraduate programmes should apply via the Central Admissions Office

The Application Process

  • You should complete the online International Application Form and upload copies of your supporting documentation.
  • Your application will be reviewed by the admissions team and a decision will be communicated to you by email. The admissions review process will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
  • After you have submitted your application, you can upload additional documentation online here.

Important Dates for the September 2021 Intake 

  • Applications Open: November 2020
  • Application Deadline:  31 May 2021
  • Offer Acceptance Deadline: 30 June 2021 for visa required applicants / 31 August 2021 for non-visa required applicants

  • English Language Qualification
  • Additional documentation may also be required for specific programmes.

English Language Requirements 

A high proficiency in the English Language is required for all applicants. If your first language is not English you will be required to provide evidence of your language competency through a recognised English Language qualification.

You must have completed your qualification within 2 years of the date that you will begin your academic studies at IT Sligo.
