MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) Issues

(Note: Only the Official Microsoft Authenticator App. can be used for MFA, this can be installed from your App Store or Google Play Store. An example icon is listed below)

Have you recently experienced any of the below: 

  1. Replaced, broken, or reset your mobile phone.
  2. Wiped or deleted the authenticator App (MS Authenticator).
  3. Received no authentication prompts from the App.
  4. Having difficulty installing or using the Microsoft Authenticator App.
