Making an Appointment
- To see the Nurse/Doctor:
All students requiring a medical appointment must first be assessed by the nurse. To book an appointment, contact 071 9305463 on Monday – Thursday between 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-1pm.
DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE STUDENT HEALTH SERVICE WITHOUT PHONING RECEPTION FIRST AND RECEIVING A TELEPHONE TRIAGE.
- To attend a clinic:

- To see the Counsellor:
You can book an appointment by contacting the service on 071 93 05463 or emailing studentcounsellor@nullitsligo.ie.
Weekends/Out of Hours
- Students requiring emergency medical care out of hours and at the weekends can call Caredoc Sligo 0818-365399 between 6pm-8am (charges for non-medical care patients apply).
- For a doctor between 5-6pm and 8-9pm, please call 071 91 42550 for details of the doctor on call.
- In extreme emergencies, you should contact the emergency department at Sligo general hospital on 071 91 70000.

OUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT, HOWEVER WE HOPE TO HAVE IT UP AND RUNNING SOON FOR OUR STUDENTS.
This online pill ordering service is designed for patients who already attended the Student Health Service for a pill assessment and are doing well for over a year on their contraceptive pill. This means you are experiencing no side effects and are good to remember the pill (same time daily). If you have any compliance issues or any concerns about your contraception, you should present to see your Student
