This guidance is for applicants who want to apply for a full time, on-campus courses at Bachelor or Masters level. at ATU Sligo. Online courses, research degrees and Erasmus mobilities have different application processes.

To meet student visa and immigration requirements for Ireland, applicants from outside of the EU/EEA must study on a full time course that is listed on the Irish Immigration Services ILEP list.  

How to Apply

Non-EU Applicants 

Apply using the International Application Form 

EU/EEA Applicants 

If you are applying for Year 1 of an undergraduate bachelor degree, you must apply via the Central Admissions Office (CAO). 

All other EU/EEA applicants should apply using the International Application Form.

Entry Requirements

We accept a wide range of international qualifications.

 Please check the entry requirements for further information about minimum requirements. 

You will also need to meet the English Language requirements for your chosen course.
