Student Cards
All students will receive a ATU Student Card when they begin their studies at ATU Sligo. Your student card will contain your photo, name, programme code and student number. You will use your student card for identification purposes and to access facilities e.g. library.
Your student card will be valid throughout your studies, and you should keep it safe.
How do I get my student card?
New Students
During registration, you will be asked to upload a photo for your student card.
The image must be less than 150KB and meet the same requirements as a passport photo.
Your student cards will be printed and posted to the primary address that is listed on your student record.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct.
Please note it can take several weeks after registration for your card to arrive.
Continuing Students
You will not get a new student card every year. You can continue to use your current student card from the previous academic year.
Replacement Student Cards
Students who need a replacement student card can request one by completing the online request form. This form will only be available online in October 2023.
