The IT Sligo Helpdesk is here to help students with technical support - any IT-related incidents, queries and service requests.

As a student of IT Sligo, you are entitled to the use of a wide range of services, including email, WI-FI, print services, and to receive technical support. The IT Helpdesk is intended to be a single point of engagement between you and IT Services. A Helpdesk manages incidents and service requests and handles user communications for things like planned changes to services.
