Be inspired: come along to IT Sligo’s ‘Inspiration Series’
IT Sligo is to host an eye-catching series of three fascinating talks featuring a diverse range of prominent national figures from the world of business, sports and the arts.
Guest speakers will include Ireland World Cup legend Packie Bonner and movie director Conor McDermott Roe. In partnership with Aurivo, the ‘Inspiration Series’ will be hosted in the Aurivo Auditorium and each of three evenings will have a specific theme, including sport, the arts and entrepreneurship.
Open to students, staff and members of the public, each evening will commence at 7.30pm and will conclude with light refreshments. The format is simple – a short presentation by each speaker and a question and answer session hosted by our series host, Daniel Browne of Ocean FM.

All events are free of charge and must be booked in advance on Eventbrite.
Guests are invited to make a voluntary donation of €5 to our charity on the night – which includes North West Hospice, The Oncology Unit of Sligo University Hospital and The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, Sligo Branch.
