Coffee Morning for Students & Staff

ATU ‘Hello, How Are You?’ coffee morning will take place on Thursday 30th March from 10:30am-12:00pm in the canteen. FREE tea, coffee, and cake along with other goodies will be available on the day.

This event is open to all staff and students.

This national campaign developed in conjunction with Mental Health Ireland aims to tackle the lack of connection or belonging that people experience by inspiring individuals to ask how others are feeling. ‘Hello, How Are You?’ is a powerful mental health promotion campaign which supports people to confidently connect with others and to have open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
