Finola has 25 years industry experience, holding various Engineering, Management and Senior Executive leadership positions in Manufacturing, Quality, Environmental Sustainability and Chemical compliance both within a multinational environment and as a management consultant to SME's and Multinationals. 

Finola holds a B Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Studies from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland. She has attended the Columbia University Business School Executive Leadership programme and has an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University. She is an accredited Mediator specialising in workplace mediation, a member of the Association for Coaches and has qualifications in Psychometric Ability and Personality testing
