Students at IT Sligo were encouraged to get involved in some of the college’s clubs and Societies yesterday at the annual Clubs and Societies Day.
The Main Concourse in the college was a hive of activity for most of the day as students met at stalls advertising activities a range of sporting and social activities.
More than 30 clubs and societies were represented at the event.
Orla Mongey, (Ballymote, Co Sligo), and Cait Keaveney, (Skreen, Co Sligo), represented the Enterprise Society at the IT Sligo Clubs and Societies Event held in the college yesterday. Cait and Orla are both interns on the IT Sligo SIF Accelerating Campus Entrepreneurship programme.
