The Bachelor of Business (Honours) in accounting is a fast track route to professional membership of one of the four accounting bodies operating in Ireland. Graduates of the programme attract generous exemptions with these bodies and many go on to achieve professional membership with the accounting bodies through one of two routes. Graduates have got training contracts with large, mid-tier and local accounting practices, continuing their studies either on accredited masters programmes or through meeting the examination requirements of the professional bodies.
Graduates of this programme will be highly sought after because of their technical competencies and excellent interpersonal (soft) skills.
Please note that modules may change for your year of entry. The exact modules available and their order may vary depending on student demand and course updates.
