Curated by a Marta Slawinska who undertook a MA by Research in Visual Culture at the Institute, the exhibition features the work of artists Paul Cabena, Gavin Porter and Mathew Tucker and will run at Broadstone Studios on Dublin’s Harcourt Terrace from September 13th to September 21st.

The artworks selected for the exhibition come from three separate series examining aspects of space, identity, the self and consumption from the individual perspective of each artist and with different focuses.

By near to obsessive, repetitive exploration of visuals related to their personal points of interest, the artists seek to depict the unquestionable rhythm and repetitiveness present in our everyday mundane realities. What is striking in all the works is a feeling of isolation.
