Expertise in driving high performance teams will be the focus of a special conference at IT Sligo on Thursday, March 10th.
The Managing People Conference is a free event, and is being organised by the Institute in conjunction with CIPD Ireland North West region.
It is aimed at the business community including managers from small and large organisations.
The keynote speakers are:
Mary Ann McDonagh, Payback Solutions
Mary Ann has extensive experience in industry, having held a number of Senior HR Management positions within large multinational organisations. She started Payback Solutions Ltd. in 2002 with a focus on developing management / leadership capacity built firmly around experiential learning and focused outcomes. Mary Ann has delivered Management Development training across the globe including Asia, Australia, US and Europe.
John Ryan, CEO, Great Places to Work Institute
John has been CEO at Great Place to Work in Ireland since January 2011. Previously, John was self-employed as a management consultant, providing services to indigenous organisations as well as foreign multinationals in the areas of Strategic Decision Making, Communications and Positive Behaviour Building. A former broadcast journalist, John is a graduate of Business from Dublin City University having specialised in Marketing.
The Managing People Conference at IT Sligo takes place on Thursday, March 10th in A0006 from 3 to 5:45pm.
