Final year Performing Arts students from IT Sligo will present their stage version of the Patrick Kavanagh novel ‘Tarry Flynn’ at the Factory Peformance Space in Sligo this week.
The production is the students End of Year Graduation Show and will run for three nights from Thursday, May 19th to Saturday May 21st at 8pm.
Adapted by Conall Morrison from Patrick Kavanagh’s novel, Tarry Flynn is a fast moving comedic play centred around the life of Tarry Flynn as he deals with his creative pursuits against a rural backdrop of 1930’s Cavan.
Brought to life by director John Carty and IT Sligo’s 4th year Performing Arts acting students, it is a show not to be missed.
