THE SLIGO SCIENCE FESTIVAL 2020 has drawn to a close!

A BIG thank you to all of our partners, speakers, workshop providers, show hosts and of course, the North West region’s schools and general public for all your support, involvement and appreciation.

See you all in 2021

Sligo Science Festival 2020 took place online from November 8 – 15th 2020 including the Annual Sligo Science Fair on Sunday 8th November.

You can view more about the Sligo Science Festival at our dedicated website

Below is the 2020 festival brochure.

The festival highlights how science, technology and engineering are hugely relevant to us all in our everyday lives, lead to interesting and exciting career options and develop creativity in our children. The Sligo event is organised by the School of Science at IT Sligo.

The events are free and open to schools and the public.
